On the morning of April 22, 2025, senior members of the Headquarter Rentang in New Zealand gathered together in Auckland and solemnly held the grand “422 Daren Gubai Ceremony.”
This “Gubai Ceremony” was held shortly after ShiShang publicly announced the new goals of Daren at the Daren Cultural Event on April 19. It marked another large-scale event and, for the first time, a Daren Gubai ceremony for senior members led by ShiShang in person. It was truly unprecedented — a manifestation of the transcendent part of Daren Ming Hall following the preliminary completion of the Basic Law of Daren during the progression of the wholly integrating grant trend. It holds great significance in the progress.
Compared with previous years, this year’s Gubai Ceremony was added a special segment called “Sincere Heart and Vast Mind.” At the beginning of the ceremony, ShiShang specifically emphasized the importance and necessity of “Sincere Heart and Vast Mind.”
Gubai itself is a ceremony connecting heaven, earth, and humanity. After tidying one’s appearance, a corresponding adjustment of one’s mindset is naturally needed. Throughout the process, ShiShang reminded everyone to learn to “carry weight with lightness” — to be not only reverent and solemn but also humane and relaxed — thereby enhancing our undertaking capacity.
After the ceremony, while affirming the success of this year’s Daren Gubai Ceremony, ShiShang also pointed out areas for improvement, including music, hosting, and service, particularly suggesting that they could be more aligned with the fundamental point of the progression of the overall integrative grand trend, more humane, and better highlight a transcendent state with an immortal aura.
With ShiShang’s personal participation, the entire Gubai Ceremony was filled with solemnity yet harmony of humanity, flowing with the harmony and warm light of humanity in a “harmonious kinship” atmosphere. Every attending Renqin (Daren family member) felt profound happiness, confidence, and a surge of new strength and energy. As representatives of Renqin recited the “Letter of Revering ShiShang”, memories of past experiences unfolded like scrolls of grand history.
After the successful completion of the Gubai Ceremony, ShiShang also engaged in conversations with everyone.
